Neri LED Refitting Kits

Neri has been engaged for a long time in the production of urban lighting fixtures in accordance with the most strict laws on lighting pollution and energy saving and the always more diffused attention of municipalities to environmental matters. The new LED Refitting Kits were born from this engagement, with the purpose of giving a new life to the Neri fixtures already installed, favoring in this way a culture of salvage and “recycling” and, at the same time, improving the products’ performance through the use of high efficiency and low power consumption light sources like LEDs.
All Neri lanterns produced since the ‘70s can have a new life thanks to the quick replacement of the old mercury vapor light sources with the new LED LSE modules, that assure high energy savings with a equal average ground luminance. This process is guaranteed by the company’s reliability, that has developed a specific kit for each of its products, taking care of all aspects that warrant a good working and a long life, including the overheating protection of LED modules.
The market offers several versions of pre-packed LEDs: they are often placed within old lanterns with the risk of a quick decay of the LED system because of the overheating effect. It’s a defect that can lead to the destruction of the module as well as the auxiliaries power supply. That’s way Neri has tested the whole range of its fixtures, in order to assure the maximum reliability of the LED kits.
Conceived to last in time, Neri LED LSE modules have a life 5/6 times longer than discharge lamps. They light up instantaneously and assure excellent performances for years, reducing the ordinary maintenance for the lamps’ replacement.
